SYM Precision Machining Annual Summary in 2018
The new year is around the corner. Looking back on the year, SYM Precision Machining solved various problems ,both in machining process and quality control has been a continuous improvement.
In the 2018, our factory added some new equipment, such as two sets of 5-axis CNC Milling Machines, 5 sets of 3-axis CNC Milling Machines and 6 sets of CNC Turning Machines. These equipment helped to expand factory’s production scale and speed up production time. So we can meet more processing requirements of customers and provide a shorter delivery date. More customers were attracted to cooperate with us through these advantages.
One Australian Customer who worked with SYM more than 10 years,we always support them on precision machining solution,most of their products are used to valves and manifold industry. In 2018, SYM Precision Machining succeed in improvement of tapping thread holes of stainless steel parts, improved production efficiency, completed lots of stainless steel parts with good quality on time.
In 2018, we are very pleased to help another Canadian customer to find a good solution on some heavy machined parts. The length of Main Shaft is 63″, the external diameter is 7.8″. Due to reach the precise tolerance and good surface, SYM team sourced special grinding tube for this project. To be honest, it’s not easy to produce so big parts.But when we received the thanks letter from customer, I have to say that we have a strong machining team.
In the last month of 2018,we loaded a 40′ container for an American customer who worked with SYM more than 10 years.Some Steel Frames and Precision Machining Parts what we did, we collect all other mechanical parts, casting parts and plastic cans from their other suppliers, to avoid wasting the container space. I think that if we also have other customers who stay at same address in America, may be we can share one container and save the transportation costs for everyone. Why not ?
In the 2018,the number of employees in SYM has reached 400, annual turnover is up to 19 Million USD. Depend on good achievement of company, SYM employees’ life also made progress. Look, more workers owned new car. It’s the needs and requirements of our customers that make SYM more and more professional in precision machining industry, and achieve today’s result. SYM sincerely appreciate the support of our customers. In the following 2019,SYM will continue improving and develop advantages to provide better service for our customers all over the world.
