For high quality machined products, there are several sections that need inspector strictly control:
1. IQC: incoming material inspection, including the dimensions confirmation and elements checking.
2. IPQC: in process quality control, first article approval, random inspection during machining processing.
3. FQC: finished product quality control, checking dimensions and appearance before surface treatment or heat
treatment.
4. QA: checking 100% dimensions according to the drawing and appearance meet to your requirement before the shipment.
For fulfilling high quality control, every chain is inspected by professional quality inspectors. At the same time, there
have 1 CMM, 3 X-Y tables, 3 projectors, 4 height gauges, 1 spectrum analyzer and 15 tool microscopes for ensuring the high quality machined products which we offer to customer in SYM. And we have established a whole set of quality management system to ensure high quality machined products. We know that even the subtle error can cause great damage for precision machining. So every step until package is the pursuit of excellence.
