Di seguito sono riportati quattro suggerimenti per il vostro riferimento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">1.  Le tolleranze sono fondamentali per la progettazione dei pezzi, ma non tutti i pezzi o le loro caratteristiche devono essere tollerati. Per risparmiare tempo e costi di lavorazione, \u00e8 necessario tollerare solo le caratteristiche principali delle parti della macchina, come l'accoppiamento delle dimensioni dei pezzi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2. Evitare tolleranze ristrette. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">I requisiti di tolleranza rigorosi spesso richiedono un controllo pi\u00f9 preciso, strumenti di misura o attrezzature supplementari e tempi di consegna pi\u00f9 lunghi. Tutte queste azioni comporterebbero maggiori costi di lavorazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">3. Quando si progettano le tolleranze, non bisogna dimenticare di verificare le capacit\u00e0 di lavorazione e la precisione delle attrezzature di produzione.
