Prima lavorazione con tolleranze ampie e lavorazione finale con tolleranze ridotte.<br \/>\ntolleranza.<\/p>\n<p>In base alla durezza del materiale, scegliere una velocit\u00e0, un avanzamento e una profondit\u00e0 di taglio ragionevoli.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Materiali in acciaio al carbonio: scegliere alta velocit\u00e0, elevato avanzamento e grande profondit\u00e0 di taglio.<\/li>\n<li>Materiali in carburo: scegliere bassa velocit\u00e0, basso avanzamento e piccola profondit\u00e0 di taglio.<\/li>\n<li>Materiali in leghe di titanio: scegliere bassa velocit\u00e0, elevato avanzamento e piccola profondit\u00e0 di taglio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2.Metodo di impostazione diretta degli utensili<\/h4>\n<p>Selezionare innanzitutto il centro dell'estremit\u00e0 destra della parte lavorata come punto di impostazione dell'utensile e impostarlo come punto zero. Dopo il ritorno della macchina utensile all'origine, ogni utensile da utilizzare viene impostato sul punto zero.<\/p>\n<p>Con questo metodo di impostazione diretta dell'utensile, anche se il centro di lavoro viene spento, il valore di impostazione dell'utensile non verr\u00e0 modificato dopo la riaccensione e il riavvio.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/CNC-machining-process.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1891 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/CNC-machining-process.jpg\" alt=\"CNC machining process\" width=\"719\" height=\"436\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/CNC-machining-process.jpg 719w, https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/CNC-machining-process-300x182.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 719px) 100vw, 719px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4>3.Suggerimenti per il debug<\/h4>\n<p>Per evitare errori nel programma e nell'impostazione dell'utensile, dopo la programmazione i pezzi devono essere testati e sottoposti a debug dopo la regolazione dell'utensile.<\/p>\n<p>Per prima cosa, eseguire l'elaborazione della simulazione e verificare che il programma e l'impostazione degli utensili siano corretti.<br \/>\nIn secondo luogo, l'elaborazione della prima parte.<br \/>\nInfine, il debug \u00e8 terminato dopo aver confermato che la prima parte \u00e8 qualificata.<\/p>\n<h4>4.Consigli per la prevenzione delle collisioni<\/h4>\n<p>La collisione dell'utensile \u00e8 un grave danno per la precisione dell'attrezzatura. Se l'operatore \u00e8 attento e conosce i metodi anticollisione, le collisioni possono essere completamente prevenute ed evitate.<\/p>\n<p>Ci sono solo tre ragioni per la collisione degli utensili.<br \/>\n1) L'errore di input del diametro e della lunghezza dell'utensile.<br \/>\n2) L'errore di input delle dimensioni dei pezzi lavorati e la posizione iniziale dei pezzi lavorati.<br \/>\n3) Il sistema di coordinate dei pezzi lavorati del centro di lavoro \u00e8 impostato in modo errato, oppure il punto zero della macchina viene azzerato durante il processo di lavorazione.<\/p>\n<p>Per evitare la collisione di cui sopra, l'operatore dovrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione durante il processo di lavorazione, osservando se la macchina utensile ha un movimento anomalo, se c'\u00e8 una scintilla, se c'\u00e8 odore di bruciato.
