Se l'entit\u00e0 dell'interferenza \u00e8 troppo grande, le parti in plastica si rompono facilmente con il montaggio a pressione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spieghiamo alcuni dettagli di un caso reale, accaduto presso l'officina di lavorazione di precisione SYM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guardate l'immagine del disegno come sotto, completiamo sempre le parti lavorate secondo il disegno dei clienti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Plastic-machined-part.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"761\" height=\"521\" class=\"wp-image-1653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Plastic-machined-part.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Plastic-machined-part.jpg 761w, https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Plastic-machined-part-300x205.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 761px) 100vw, 761px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Materiale: PVC<br \/>Sulla superficie laterale sono presenti due fori per l'inserimento a pressione di un perno.<br \/>Dimensione del foro: 6,25 mm<br \/>Dimensione del perno: 6,35 mm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non esiste una tolleranza precisa per questi due fori. Rispettiamo le tolleranze +\/- 0,1 mm e realizziamo anche il foro a 6,15-6,35 mm, se non diversamente specificato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prima volta abbiamo praticato i fori vicino alla tolleranza inferiore, 6,15-6,25 mm.
