L'usinage de pr\u00e9cision est diff\u00e9rent de l'impression 3D, car il permet d'obtenir un produit complet dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais. L'usinage de pi\u00e8ces est un processus au cours duquel une pi\u00e8ce de mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re est coup\u00e9e pour s'adapter aux besoins.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, la forme et la taille finales sont obtenues par enl\u00e8vement de mati\u00e8re. Coupe de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re<\/h3>\n<p>En effet, le march\u00e9 nous fournit toujours des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res de formes diff\u00e9rentes, telles que des barres de 6 m\u00e8tres de long ou des plaques de 1\u00d72 m\u00e8tres. Selon le dessin, nous devons couper la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re en petits morceaux, dont la taille convient au processus d'usinage suivant.<\/p>\n<h3>2. D\u00e9grossissage<\/h3>\n<p>Comme l'avance de la fraise ne peut pas \u00eatre tr\u00e8s importante, il n'est pas possible d'enlever la mati\u00e8re et de respecter des dimensions pr\u00e9cises en une seule \u00e9tape. L'\u00e9bauche est donc g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de l'usinage. Elle permet d'\u00e9liminer rapidement les sur\u00e9paisseurs. Il existe des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de tournage et de fraisage.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Finition<\/h3>\n<p>L'\u00e9bauche permet souvent d'obtenir une mauvaise finition et des dimensions impr\u00e9cises, c'est pourquoi nous avons besoin d'une finition apr\u00e8s l'\u00e9bauche lors de l'usinage. En fonction de la forme et des exigences de tol\u00e9rance, nous devons choisir le tournage, le fraisage, la rectification, la d\u00e9coupe au fil et l'\u00e9lectro\u00e9rosion. Nous devons m\u00eame recourir \u00e0 l'usinage CNC pour r\u00e9aliser certaines pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es complexes.<\/p>\n<h3>4. \u00c9barbage et nettoyage<\/h3>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la finition, les pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentent de nombreuses bavures et taches d'huile. Parfois, nous devons \u00e9liminer les bavures \u00e0 la main, en particulier pour les petites pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es. Traitement thermique et traitement de surface<\/h3>\n<p>Pour certaines exigences de duret\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es, nous devons envoyer les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur de l'usine. Il existe des coop\u00e9rateurs professionnels sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans le traitement thermique. Le d\u00e9lai est de 3 \u00e0 5 jours. La situation du traitement de surface est identique \u00e0 celle du traitement thermique. Il est rare de trouver une usine d'usinage capable de g\u00e9rer \u00e0 la fois le traitement thermique et le traitement de surface en interne.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 (CQ)<\/h3>\n<p>Le contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s important tout au long du processus d'usinage. Il s'agit de v\u00e9rifier la taille des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, d'analyser les mat\u00e9riaux et de contr\u00f4ler la taille des pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape de l'usinage. Enfin, nous devons v\u00e9rifier toutes les dimensions et l'apparence avant le processus d'emballage.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Emballage s\u00fbr<\/h3>\n<p>Il s'agit de l'\u00e9tape finale des pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es, que nous ne pouvons pas ignorer. Afin d'\u00e9viter que les pi\u00e8ces ne soient endommag\u00e9es pendant le transport, nous devons trouver un bon moyen de prot\u00e9ger toutes les pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>D'apr\u00e8s ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, vous pouvez constater qu'il est difficile d'obtenir des pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es en 2 jours.
