Exigences de base pour la lecture des dessins de pi\u00e8ces<\/h3>\n<p>a.  Conna\u00eetre le nom, la fonction et le mat\u00e9riau des pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es<br \/>\nb.  Analyser la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie, les caract\u00e9ristiques structurelles et les fonctions de chaque composant.<br \/>\nc.  Analyser la taille de la forme et la taille du positionnement entre les pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es.<br \/>\nd.  Conna\u00eetre les exigences techniques des pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es.<br \/>\ne.  D\u00e9termination pr\u00e9liminaire de la m\u00e9thode de fabrication des pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a02. M\u00e9thodes et \u00e9tapes de lecture des dessins de pi\u00e8ces<\/h3>\n<p>a. Compr\u00e9hension g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<br \/>\nLa barre de titre permet de conna\u00eetre le nom de la pi\u00e8ce, le mat\u00e9riau, l'\u00e9chelle, etc.<\/p>\n<p>b. Analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>b1. Analyser la disposition des vues du dessin de la pi\u00e8ce afin de d\u00e9terminer l'emplacement de la vue principale, des autres vues de base et des vues auxiliaires.<\/p>\n<p>b2. Analyser la forme et d\u00e9terminer la forme structurelle de la pi\u00e8ce usin\u00e9e. Cette \u00e9tape est une partie importante de l'examen du dessin. Commencez par la vue principale, reliez-la aux autres vues et utilisez la relation de projection pour l'analyse.<\/p>\n<p>b3. Analysez les dimensions : d\u00e9terminez d'abord le point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence des dimensions dans les trois directions de la longueur, de la largeur et de la hauteur de la pi\u00e8ce, puis partez de ce point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour d\u00e9terminer quelles sont les principales dimensions. Veillez \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier s'il existe des dimensions redondantes et des dimensions manquantes.<\/p>\n<p>b4. Analyser les tol\u00e9rances dimensionnelles, les tol\u00e9rances g\u00e9om\u00e9triques, la rugosit\u00e9 de surface et les autres exigences techniques des pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque nous lisons le dessin, pour les pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es plus complexes, il est souvent n\u00e9cessaire de se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer aux donn\u00e9es techniques pertinentes, telles que les dessins d'assemblage, les dessins de pi\u00e8ces et les manuels de pi\u00e8ces connexes, etc.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comment lire un dessin d'usinage ?
