La tol\u00e9rance de l'ajustement par interf\u00e9rence diff\u00e8re entre les pi\u00e8ces en plastique et les pi\u00e8ces en acier. Si l'ampleur de l'interf\u00e9rence est trop importante, les pi\u00e8ces en plastique se fissurent facilement sous l'effet de l'emmanchement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Expliquons quelques d\u00e9tails d'un cas r\u00e9el, qui s'est produit \u00e0 l'atelier d'usinage de pr\u00e9cision SYM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous r\u00e9alisons toujours les pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es selon le dessin du client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Plastic-machined-part.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"761\" height=\"521\" class=\"wp-image-1653\" src=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Plastic-machined-part.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Plastic-machined-part.jpg 761w, https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Plastic-machined-part-300x205.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 761px) 100vw, 761px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Mat\u00e9riau : PVC<br \/>Il y a deux trous sur la surface lat\u00e9rale, pour le montage \u00e0 pression d'un goujon.<br \/>Taille du trou : 6,25 mm<br \/>Taille de la broche : 6,35 mm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n'y a pas de tol\u00e9rance pr\u00e9cise pour ces deux trous. Nous respectons les tol\u00e9rances de +\/- 0,1 mm, et r\u00e9alisons le trou \u00e0 6,15-6,35 mm \u00e9galement, sauf indication contraire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re fois, nous avons perc\u00e9 des trous proches de la tol\u00e9rance inf\u00e9rieure, 6,15-6,25 mm.
