Dans la transmission m\u00e9canique, le mouvement rotatif est transform\u00e9 en mouvement lin\u00e9aire alternatif ou le mouvement lin\u00e9aire en mouvement rotatif, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 l'aide d'un arbre excentrique ou d'un vilebrequin.L'arbre excentrique est parall\u00e8le \u00e0 l'axe des pi\u00e8ces entre l'ext\u00e9rieur cylindrique et sans chevauchement. La m\u00e9thode de tournage des pi\u00e8ces excentriques est fonction de la quantit\u00e9, de la forme et de la pr\u00e9cision des pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il existe 7 types de m\u00e9thodes de serrage pour les pi\u00e8ces excentriques tournantes.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Avec un mandrin \u00e0 quatre mors tournant\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette m\u00e9thode convient au traitement de pi\u00e8ces excentriques plus petites, moins pr\u00e9cises, plus courtes et en plus petite quantit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. avec mandrin auto-centrant \u00e0 trois mors pour le tournage<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette m\u00e9thode convient \u00e0 la production de masse, \u00e0 une excentricit\u00e9 plus courte et plus petite, \u00e0 des pi\u00e8ces excentriques moins pr\u00e9cises. L'entretoise doit \u00eatre ajout\u00e9e dans une griffe du mandrin \u00e0 trois mors \u00e0 centrage automatique.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. avec double mandrin tournant<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette m\u00e9thode convient au traitement des pi\u00e8ces de petite longueur, \u00e0 une faible excentricit\u00e9 et \u00e0 une grande quantit\u00e9 de pi\u00e8ces excentr\u00e9es. Il convient d'ajuster l'excentricit\u00e9 avant le traitement.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. En tournant le plastron\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Avant d'usiner le trou excentrique, la premi\u00e8re op\u00e9ration consiste \u00e0 tourner le diam\u00e8tre et la surface des deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s, puis \u00e0 usiner le trou excentrique.<\/span>.<\/p>\n

5. avec mandrin excentrique tournant<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette m\u00e9thode est adapt\u00e9e au traitement des axes courts, du disque, du tube avec des pi\u00e8ces excentriques de haute pr\u00e9cision.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. avec deux parties excentriques tournantes sup\u00e9rieures<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette m\u00e9thode est adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 l'usinage de pi\u00e8ces excentr\u00e9es plus longues ; avant d'usiner les pi\u00e8ces, il convient de dessiner le point central et le point excentr\u00e9 des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des pi\u00e8ces, puis de les tourner.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Avec un dispositif sp\u00e9cial pour tourner les pi\u00e8ces excentriques<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette m\u00e9thode convient \u00e0 l'usinage de haute pr\u00e9cision et aux grandes quantit\u00e9s de pi\u00e8ces excentr\u00e9es. Avant le traitement, il convient de traiter l'arbre excentrique ou l'excentrique correspondant en fonction de l'excentricit\u00e9 de la pi\u00e8ce, puis de serrer la pi\u00e8ce sur l'arbre excentrique pour la tourner.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
