{"id":1303,"date":"2016-08-16T11:58:56","date_gmt":"2016-08-16T03:58:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.symachining.com\/?p=793"},"modified":"2016-08-16T11:58:56","modified_gmt":"2016-08-16T03:58:56","slug":"heat-treatment-also-important-machined-parts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/fr\/heat-treatment-also-important-machined-parts\/","title":{"rendered":"Le traitement thermique est \u00e9galement important pour les pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tout le monde sait que le traitement thermique est important pour les pi\u00e8ces m\u00e9talliques usin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons r\u00e9cemment trait\u00e9 un projet de pi\u00e8ces automobiles, le mat\u00e9riau de la pi\u00e8ce est le 16Mncr5, les exigences de traitement thermique sur l'impression : r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction.800-950Mpa, duret\u00e9 de surface 500HV1.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe au moins trois fa\u00e7ons de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces exigences de traitement thermique, comme indiqu\u00e9 ci-dessous.<\/p>\n<p>1. Pi\u00e8ces tremp\u00e9es \u00e0 900 C et tremp\u00e9es \u00e0 l'huile+200C Revenu<br \/>\n2. La c\u00e9mentation<br \/>\n3. Nitridation<\/p>\n<p>Quelle m\u00e9thode de traitement choisirez-vous pour ces pi\u00e8ces usin\u00e9es ?<br \/>\nLa trempe et le revenu permettent d'obtenir une duret\u00e9 uniforme de la surface au c\u0153ur, mais la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 n'est pas bonne. La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 950 Mpa.<br \/>\nLa c\u00e9mentation permet de conserver la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 du noyau et de durcir la surface \u00e0 500HV1, mais la d\u00e9formation importante pendant le processus de c\u00e9mentation, nous devons laisser l'\u00e9quilibre pour l'usinage apr\u00e8s le traitement thermique, et le processus suppl\u00e9mentaire augmentera le co\u00fbt.<br \/>\n16MnCr5 est un acier c\u00e9ment\u00e9, la teneur en carbone est de 0,14~0,19%, cette pi\u00e8ce est nitrur\u00e9e \u00e0 500HV1, avec une fine couche dure.<br \/>\n0,1 mm, duret\u00e9 du noyau 200HV avec une bonne t\u00e9nacit\u00e9, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la traction est d'environ 900Mpa. Mais les clients s'inqui\u00e8tent de la pr\u00e9sence d'un noyau d'acier doux recuit en dessous.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, le client demande que la barre d'acier soit tremp\u00e9e et revenue afin d'obtenir la duret\u00e9 \u00e0 c\u0153ur. Cela signifie que cette pi\u00e8ce est fabriqu\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de 16MnCr5+QT, et que la surface est nitrur\u00e9e, ce qui est acceptable.<\/p>\n<p>Il est donc tr\u00e8s important de comprendre clairement les exigences du client lorsque nous recevons ses imprim\u00e9s.
