El mecanizado de precisi\u00f3n es diferente de la impresi\u00f3n 3D, que podemos obtener el producto completo tan pronto. El mecanizado de piezas es un proceso en el que una pieza de materia prima se corta para adaptarse a los requisitos.<\/p>\n<p>En realidad, la forma y el tama\u00f1o finales se consiguen mediante la eliminaci\u00f3n de material. Materia prima de corte<\/h3>\n<p>Porque siempre conseguimos materia prima en el mercado con formas diferentes, como barras de 6 metros de longitud o placas de 1\u00d72 metros. De acuerdo con el dibujo, debemos cortar la materia prima en trozos peque\u00f1os, el tama\u00f1o es adecuado para el siguiente proceso de mecanizado.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Desbaste<\/h3>\n<p>Dado que el avance de la fresa no puede ser tanto, no podemos eliminar el material y cumplir con las dimensiones precisas en un solo paso. Por ello, el desbaste suele ser el primer paso del mecanizado. Se trata de eliminar r\u00e1pidamente los espacios en blanco. Existen procesos de torneado y fresado.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Acabado<\/h3>\n<p>El desbaste a menudo consigue un mal acabado, dimensiones inexactas, por lo que necesitamos el acabado despu\u00e9s del desbaste en el mecanizado. Seg\u00fan la forma y los requisitos de tolerancia, debemos elegir entre torneado, fresado, rectificado, corte por hilo y electroerosi\u00f3n. Incluso tenemos que utilizar el mecanizado CNC para completar algunas piezas mecanizadas complejas.<\/p>\n<h3>4. Desbarbado y limpieza<\/h3>\n<p>Tras el acabado, quedan muchas rebabas y manchas de aceite en las piezas mecanizadas. A veces tenemos que eliminar las rebabas a mano, sobre todo en el caso de algunas piezas mecanizadas peque\u00f1as. En SYM mecanizado de precisi\u00f3n, solemos utilizar la limpieza por ultrasonidos y secar las piezas al horno. De este modo, siempre puede obtener piezas mecanizadas muy limpias de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/es\/cnc-machining-service\/\">SYM<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>5. Tratamiento t\u00e9rmico y tratamiento de superficie<\/h3>\n<p>Para algunos requisitos de dureza de las piezas mahined, debemos enviar las piezas fuera de la f\u00e1brica, hay cooperadores profesionales que se especializa en el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico. Se tarda 3-5 d\u00edas. La situaci\u00f3n del tratamiento superficial es la misma que la del tratamiento t\u00e9rmico. Aqu\u00ed es raro encontrar una f\u00e1brica de mecanizado que puede manejar tanto el tratamiento t\u00e9rmico y tratamiento de superficie en la casa.<\/p>\n<h3>6. Control de calidad (CC)<\/h3>\n<p>El control de calidad es muy importante durante todo el proceso de mecanizado. As\u00ed, se comprueba el tama\u00f1o de la materia prima, se analizan los materiales y se comprueba el tama\u00f1o de las piezas mecanizadas en cada paso del mecanizado. Por \u00faltimo, tenemos que comprobar todas las dimensiones y el aspecto antes del proceso de embalaje.<\/p>\n<h3>7. Embalaje seguro<\/h3>\n<p>Este es el paso final de las piezas mecanizadas, no podemos ignorar este paso. Con el fin de evitar el da\u00f1o de las piezas durante el transporte, debemos encontrar una buena manera de proteger todas las piezas mecanizadas tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>Por todo lo anterior, puede ver que es dif\u00edcil conseguir piezas mecanizadas en 2 d\u00edas.
