Es handelt sich dabei um die Entfernung unerw\u00fcnschter Grate, d. h. rauer Kanten oder Vorspr\u00fcnge, die sich w\u00e4hrend des Herstellungsprozesses auf der Oberfl\u00e4che von bearbeiteten Teilen bilden. Das Entfernen von Graten ist wichtig, da sie die Leistung, die Sicherheit und das Aussehen des Endprodukts beeintr\u00e4chtigen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt mehrere g\u00e4ngige Arten des Entgratens von bearbeiteten Teilen:<\/p>\n<p>- Manuelles Entgraten: Mit handgef\u00fchrten Werkzeugen wird der Grat von den Teilen entfernt. Dies ist ein arbeitsintensiver Prozess, der qualifizierte Mitarbeiter erfordert, um sicherzustellen, dass die Grate entfernt werden, ohne die Teile zu besch\u00e4digen.<\/p>\n<p>- Vibrierendes Entgraten: Die Teile werden in eine vibrierende Sch\u00fcssel mit Schleifmitteln gelegt, die Grate entfernen und die Oberfl\u00e4cheng\u00fcte verbessern. Dieses Verfahren ist hochpr\u00e4zise und kann zum Entgraten von Teilen aus einer Vielzahl von Materialien eingesetzt werden, darunter Edelstahl, Titan und Aluminium.<\/p>\n<p>Die Wahl der richtigen Entgratungsmethode h\u00e4ngt von mehreren Faktoren ab, unter anderem von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, der Form und dem Material der Teile sowie von den gew\u00fcnschten Oberfl\u00e4chen und Toleranzen.
