Wir halten die Toleranzen +\/- 0,1 mm ein und fertigen die Bohrung ebenfalls auf 6,15-6,35 mm, sofern nicht anders angegeben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim ersten Mal bohrten wir die L\u00f6cher nahe an der unteren Toleranzgrenze, 6,15-6,25 mm. Das Ergebnis der Montagearbeiten war, dass die Kunststoffteile Risse bekamen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Plastic-machined-parts-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"385\" height=\"423\" class=\"wp-image-1655\" src=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Plastic-machined-parts-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Plastic-machined-parts-1.jpg 385w, https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Plastic-machined-parts-1-273x300.jpg 273w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 385px) 100vw, 385px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim zweiten Mal haben wir die L\u00f6cher in der N\u00e4he des oberen Spielraums angebracht, 6,3-6,35 mm. Der Zusammenbau verl\u00e4uft ebenfalls ohne Probleme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Um das Bearbeitungsproblem zu verringern.<\/p>\n<p>Zuallererst sollten wir bei der Entwicklung von Produkten die Ma\u00dfe mit engen Toleranzen f\u00fcr die Presspassung festlegen.<\/p>\n<p>Andererseits muss der Bearbeitungsbetrieb sehr professionell sein.<\/p>\n<p>SYM Precision Machining, 23 Jahre Erfahrung in der Pr\u00e4zisionsbearbeitung.
