Aufgrund ihrer guten Festigkeit, thermischen Stabilit\u00e4t und Erm\u00fcdungsbest\u00e4ndigkeit kann sie unter hohen Temperaturen arbeiten und wurde weithin verwendet. Die schlechte Zerspanungsleistung von Hochtemperaturlegierungen ist auf die gro\u00dfe plastische Verformung, die gro\u00dfe Zerspanungskraft, die hohe Zerspanungstemperatur und die starke Kaltverfestigung zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Advanced-metal-machining-shop.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1218\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1218 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Advanced-metal-machining-shop.jpg\" alt=\"Metal Machining Shop\" width=\"798\" height=\"507\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">1. F\u00fcr das Drehen von Hochtemperaturlegierungen ist das Hauptwerkzeugmaterial Sinterkarbid. Und wir sollten den YG-Typ Hartmetall mit feink\u00f6rnigen oder ultrafeinen Partikeln w\u00e4hlen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Beim Drehen betr\u00e4gt der Spanwinkel von Hartmetall-Schneidwerkzeugen in der Regel etwa 10\u00b0 und der Pr\u00e4zisionswinkel 0\u00b0-5\u00b0. Da die Zerspanungsf\u00e4higkeit von Guss-Hochtemperaturlegierungen schlechter ist, sollte der Spanwinkel kleiner sein, etwa 0\u00b0, und die Form der vorderen Schneide ist meist ein linearer Kreisbogen oder ein Kreisbogen f\u00fcr eine bessere Spanbrecherwirkung. Beim Schruppdrehen betr\u00e4gt die Schnitttiefe (3 - 7) mm und beim Feindrehen 0,2-0,5\uff09 mm f\u00fcr das Feindrehen.
