Um entsprechende Ma\u00dfnahmen zu ergreifen, sollten wir die Gr\u00fcnde untersuchen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/copper-machining-parts.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1198\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1198 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/copper-machining-parts.jpg\" alt=\"copper machining parts\" width=\"488\" height=\"348\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. das Material und die Struktur der zu bearbeitenden Teile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der Grad der Verformung ist proportional zur Komplexit\u00e4t der Form, L\u00e4nge, Breite und Wandst\u00e4rke. Und er ist auch proportional zur Steifigkeit und Stabilit\u00e4t des Materials. Daher sollten wir bei der Konstruktion der Teile den Einfluss dieser Faktoren auf die Verformung reduzieren. Dann sollten wir f\u00fcr einige Teile mit gro\u00dfer Struktur eine vern\u00fcnftige Struktur entwerfen, um die Verformung zu reduzieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a02. Die Klemmung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zuerst m\u00fcssen wir den richtigen Spannpunkt w\u00e4hlen.
