Die Hersteller setzen dieses Material h\u00e4ufig ein, entweder durch Innovation oder durch den Druck ihrer Endverbraucher. In letzter Zeit sind beim Schwei\u00dfen von Aluminium einige Probleme aufgetreten (wie im Bild zu sehen).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/defect-of-aluminum-welding.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-878\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-878 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.symachining.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/defect-of-aluminum-welding.jpg\" alt=\"Aluminum welding \" width=\"810\" height=\"189\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Es warnt uns, dass wir der Vorbeugung von Fehlern beim Aluminiumschwei\u00dfen mehr Aufmerksamkeit schenken sollten. Im Folgenden werden zwei Hauptfehler des Aluminiumschwei\u00dfens aufgezeigt und wie man sie vermeiden kann.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Porosit\u00e4t: <\/strong>Porosit\u00e4t ist das Ergebnis von Wasserstoffgas, das w\u00e4hrend des Schwei\u00dfens im erstarrenden Aluminium eingeschlossen wird und Hohlr\u00e4ume in der fertigen Schwei\u00dfnaht hinterl\u00e4sst. Porosit\u00e4t kann in dichte L\u00f6cher, Nadell\u00f6cher usw. unterteilt werden. Der Wasserstoff kann aus allen Bereichen des Schwei\u00dfens stammen, z. B. aus der Feuchtigkeit der Lichtbogenatmosph\u00e4re, der vom Schwei\u00dfmaterial absorbierten Feuchtigkeit und der Oxidationsschicht auf der Oberfl\u00e4che des Grundmetalls. Die Porosit\u00e4t hat einen gro\u00dfen Einfluss auf die Leistung der Schwei\u00dfnaht. Sie verringert nicht nur die effektive Arbeit des Schwei\u00dfquerschnitts und verschlechtert damit die mechanische Leistung der Schwei\u00dfnaht, sondern zerst\u00f6rt auch die Dichte der Schwei\u00dfnaht, was leicht zu Leckagen f\u00fchrt. Durch die Bildung von Spannungskonzentrationen am Rande des Lochs wird der Kunststoff der Schwei\u00dfnaht verringert. Daher sollte bei wichtigen Schwei\u00dfn\u00e4hten das Luftloch streng kontrolliert werden.
