4. Writing process flow chat
Writing process flow chat based on your drawing.
5. Booking raw material
Booking raw material according to process flow chat.
6. Incoming inspection
Checking dimensions and elements of raw material.
7. Machining process
Cutting material and start to machining step by step
according to the process flow chat
8. QC
IPQC—–checking the dimensions according to drawing during the processing.
FQC—– Checking all dimensions when parts be finished.
9. Doing treatment
Sending parts out to make heat treatment or surface treatment meet
to drawing standard.
10. QA
Checking all dimensions and appearance before shipment.
11. Packing
Packing products as well comply the packaging standard to avoid the
goods be damaged during the transportation.
12. Shipment
Deliver goods as your instruction by air ( DHL | UPS | Fedex ) or ship them by sea.
