1. A whole set of quality system
As an ISO9001:2008 and TS16949:2009 compliant supplier ,we keep the quality in the mind all the time . For the while ,the employee of SYM insist the standard of them in the process of manufacturing .
2.Material Certificate
In order to do quality confirmation and check on the raw
material ,parts or products in the procurement ,we have IQC
do sampling inspection with the raw material from supplier
and confirm whether the material could be received or not .
3.IPQC
Considering there are some precise sizes on the drawing , to control the size within the tolerance ,we arrange IPQC
to do operator initial inspection ,it will reduce the defect rate and improve work efficiency when machining the
parts.
4.Advanced Measuring Instruments
SYM have advanced measuring instruments , such as CMM, P.Projector,X-Y table, Height gauge, Hardness testing machine,etc.
5.Finial Inspection
All metal machined parts will be done and sent to QA department. 25 QA inspectors,who in charge of checking the
parts according to costomer’s drawing.
